The more haste you got, the faster your deadlypoisons stack(which is extra important on most of the bosses in ICC, as most of them are encounters where you need to move alot, switch to adds etc.), the faster your mainhand instant poisons proc, which are more important than hard hitting envenom, specially when your doing most of your damage with instant poison. With that AP value, I'd say try to get roughly 150-200ap converted to haste and it starts to show results in better ways.

Just some friendly advices,

Winterialól

haha it was a GDKP a few months ago on arathor, each run gets each raid member 3k gold+ as the money is split at the end. On that realm there are at least 3 runs a day. Anyways I have other gear pieces in my bag which I gem ap/haste but never straight haste. I will regem if you wish but hitting harder rather than hitting 0.02+ faster is better based on my tests.  That is why with my current gear i use the ap gems, after a few upgrades it would be safe to see me gemming pure haste, but the ap loss may be too great ATM. As a team player im willing to listen to other rogues on advice. WIth regards to ap/crit gem, I gemmed that in my feet a long time ago when my stats were pretty outdated and i needed some crit. If you have any further questions please ask.

Hi, I noticed you've got alot of 40AP gems on your gear, get rid of those as you got more than enough AP compared to your haste. Gem pure haste / AP-haste, and you should see a markable dps increase, also 20ap-10crit rating gems are pretty much useless. Also switch your cloak enchant to 23 haste.

EDIT: "I got cash so if a spot opens w.me"

 Shocked

Requirements/info

Real-life

What is your name?
Jared
Age? (note that our age requirement is 18, and would only consider taking someone younger in a very special situation).
18 and a half.
Location?
Dubai
Occupation?
Student going on to university.
What type of computer do you have?
HP PAvilion dv5-1017nr, 4gb ram, geforce 9200
What type of connection do you have?

54mb/s wireless.
In-game

Character name, Race & Class?
Zeu, Human Rogue
Your professions?
My proffesions are Inscription and Jewelcrafting. I have rerolled my proffessions recently as I feel the combo of these two will improve my attack power and thus my damage. Despite this I am still in progress to getting these proffessions to full.

Average amounts of hours you play each week?
Difficult question roughly 30 hours +.
Anything that can influence your playtimes?
Requirements from the guild to help progress or help out. Spare time available for playing such as Holidays.
Do you have friends in Slaves of the Fist? If you do, who?
No im a lone wolf.
Why did you choose us?
SOTF seems like a bunch of people who were not only dedicated to raiding but also liked to enjoy themselves, progress and work together. I am by no means a loot whore, drama queen, wanker in anyway. I join a guild to be a part of it socially and raiding wise. I am willing to take critiscism to improve my game, although I hardly get any.I am willing to wipe to progress as a raid. I raider must be willing to wipe as it helps you learn from your mistakes and progress as a guild. Theres a difference between wiping and dieing. Dieing is a fail by making the same mistake over and over. As you can see I am alive and well. Although I live in Dubai, raiding is not a problem for me due to my school timings and my performance at school. My gear isnt the greatest but I make the best use of it. If you want a good player, a high attendance raider and a nice person, I am all yours.
What do you expect from us?
A balanced raid setup and not much drama. People who are dedicated to improving their game but know that real life is the real deal.
What are your previous guilds? Why did you leave them?
Sublime. I transferred server to join Sublime and was kicked from the guild a few days ago. They benched me pretty much every raid with other people and swapped me in for 1 fight which was BQ. I was summoned and they pulled immediately without buffing me. I was kicked a few days later as they said based on the 1 raid my dps wasnt good enough. I died and wasnt even buffed for the fight and didnt even get bitten. I guess 14k dps sucks for no buffs and no bite, plus a late start.
What is your previous PVE experience?
I started playing my rogue in TBC. In TBC I cleared everything pretty much except Sunwell and BT of which I did not kill Illidan(guild did) and did only Kalecgos in Sunwell.
Wotlk: I have cleared everything in normal mode both 10 and 25 on at least one of my many characters (see below). TOGC 3/5, we never went back. From a HM point of view I have done 8/12 in ICC 25. I know I am missing some experience when compared to sublime but I have had attempts further into ICC with my current guild. Despite this, I am a fast learner who reads up on every fight beforehand and comes prepared.

Have you been playing any arenas? How has it been?
I have stopped any serious arena. Although I have 4/5 relentless and 1/5 wrathful with the off pieces.
Are you always ready to bring every possible consumable to raid?
I bring Flask of Endless rage, Potion of Speed, My own food buffs such as expertise, haste or arp food depending on the stats i need for the encounter. I obtain them by buying them, getting one of my many friends irl to make them for me or making them myself. I also make my own scrolls. For each raid I come knowing all the boss tactics, I make sure I read up on anything I am unaware of
Are you able to take critisism, admit your mistakes and as well learn from them?

For how long you can maintain focus during raids?
Im fully focussed on boss fights and am semi-focused on trash. If people are joking around in the raid, I'll still be focused but will be laughing at the slackness.
How would you describe yourself as a player?

I am a teamplayer who raids to encounter new bosses and make the best of the game. I am no loot whore, drama queen or troll. I can have a laugh and get down to business when ready. Most raids my play style is as follows. Prio envenom to keep Slice and Dice up. Most of the time it depends on the boss fight. For example when I used to raid ulduar on freya particularlly, there often were adds running free killing healers. I gave up my rotation and went to stun the adds to save the raid rather than look like a shiny king on recount. It is all about progressing as a raid not being someone who thinks their only job is to dps. Playing a rogue required awareness not just some fixed rotation. On the matter, there is NO ROTATION THAT GUARANTEES THE BEST performance. You may get a debuff which can ruin your rotation, as a result I know in my mind what to do and have my rotation imprinted for the encounter. For lich king I had the job of changing my weapons to weapons with crippling posion before the valkyres spawned to ensure that my crippling posion was effective and that these adds were slowed. I know I could of respecced to ensure that crippling posion procced everytime but this would only be useful for one phase of the fight.

TO sum it up:
1. Keep HFB up.
2. Keep SnD up by using envenom, worst case scenario eviscerate if deadly posion is not active (for various boss reasons)
3. 4+ combo point Envenom.
4. ToT when off cooldown
5. Vanish for the overkill buff, when needed. i often use it during Hero/BL to make its best use. however it depends on the length of the fight and the nature of the fight.

Feel free to give any extra info about yourself.
Apart from the lengthy application:
On arathor I have a warrior tank 'vandoer'. I am in reborn on spinebreaker (an old semi-disband guild). I play Khalili 80 lock(retired), Eclìpse 80 priest and Kelem 80 paladin tank. I hardly raid on these characters anymore but have earned a lot of achievements between them.
Thank you for your time.

First of all I would like to thank you for your trust! I really appreciate it.
seccond: My proffesions are on their way now! skilling up alchemy so far.
third: I'm going to replace the enchants and gems as soon as I gather mats on my priest, cause it seems like the prices here are quite huge.

Thx again: )
